Tether (USDT) is a cryptocurrency with a value meant to mirror the value of the U.S. dollar. The idea was to create a stable cryptocurrency that can be used like digital dollars. Coins that serve this purpose of being a stable dollar substitute are called “stable coins.” Tether is the most popular stable coin and even acts as a dollar replacement on many popular exchanges! According to their site, Tether converts cash into digital currency, to anchor or “tether” the value of the coin to the price of national currencies like the US dollar, the Euro, and the Yen. Like other cryptos it uses blockchain. Unlike other cryptos, it is [according to the official Tether site] “100% backed by USD” (USD is held in reserve). The primary use of Tether is that it offers some stability to the otherwise volatile crypto space and offers liquidity to exchanges who can’t deal in dollars and with banks (for example to the sometimes controversial but leading exchange Bitfinex)  The digital coins are issued by a company called Tether Limited that is governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, according to the legal part of its website. It is incorporated in Hong Kong. It has emerged that Jan Ludovicus van der Velde is the CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex, which has been accused of being involved in the price manipulation of bitcoin, as well as tether. Many people trading on exchanges, including Bitfinex, will use tether to buy other cryptocurrencies like bitcoin. Tether Limited argues that using this method to buy virtual currencies allows users to move fiat in and out of an exchange more quickly and cheaply. Also, exchanges typically have rocky relationships with banks, and using Tether is a way to circumvent that.  USDT is fairly simple to use. Once on exchanges like Poloniex or Bittrex, it can be used to purchase Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It can be easily transferred from an exchange to any Omni Layer enabled wallet. Tether has no transaction fees, although external wallets and exchanges may charge one. In order to convert USDT to USD and vise versa through the Tether.to Platform, users must pay a small fee. Buying and selling Tether for Bitcoin can be done through a variety of exchanges like the ones mentioned previously or through the Tether.to platform, which also allows the conversion between USD to and from your bank account.

The launch was the 83rd&nbsp;Electron rocket and is known as the “Insight At Speed Is A Friend Indeed” mission.The company launched the rocket from its New Zealand base on Friday (local time) to deploy a single commercial satellite to a 470 km low Earth orbit for a confidential customer. This represents an upside of about 97% from its current trading price of $183.03 at the time of writing.Shares of NVDA have gained about 56% in the past year.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Street Consensus</h2>For its target raise, Tigress Financial cited Nvidia’s (NVDA) position as the leader in artificial intelligence data center infrastructure. The analyst added that its leadership would translate into powerful and durable growth in revenue, cash flow, and profitability, as well as enhanced shareholder value.Earlier this week, Wedbush also revised its price target on NVDA shares, raising it to $300 from $230, and maintained an ‘Outperform’ rating. The firm highlighted Nvidia’s first-quarter (Q1) 2027 sales guidance, calling it the highlight of the company’s earnings call. Wedbush said the outlook was far ahead of earlier buy-side expectations.In February, Nvidia reported <a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/nvidia-q4-2026-earnings-smash-estimates-as-ai-demand-drives-optimistic-outlook/cZRyKrSRIGs">results</a> for its fourth-quarter (Q4) 2026, soaring past Wall Street expectations. The company projected revenues of $78 billion, plus or minus 2%, for Q1 2027, while analysts expect it to post $71.64 billion.Meanwhile, the rest of Wall Street has a 12-month average price target of $264.25 on Nvidia’s shares, an upside of about 44% from its current price, according to data from Koyfin.Of the 60 analysts covering the stock, 57 have a ‘Buy’ or higher rating on NVDA stock.<h2 class="st-heading-2">AI Demand</h2>In its results, Nvidia said that its data center division posted sales that rallied 75% year-on-year, on the back of strong demand for accelerated computing and AI.Founder and CEO Jensen Huang noted the growing demand for the company’s Blackwell chips, and highlighted how Vera Rubin chips would extend its leadership in the chip market even further.<h2 class="st-heading-2">How Did Stocktwits Users React?</h2>On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around <a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/NVDA">NVDA shares</a> slipped from ‘extremely bullish’ to ‘bullish’ territory over the past 24 hours. Nvidia Stock Has Gained 56% In The Past Year — How Much More Upside Does Wall Street See?

Tigress Financial on Thursday raised its price target on Nvidia to $360, up from $350, and reiterated a ‘Strong Buy’ on the shares.

Wall Street analysts, however, are not that pessimistic on the semiconductor firm.Despite Tuesday's pullback, Micron stock remains up more than 33% year to date, building on a staggering 240% rally in 2025. Still, some investors are growing wary that demand could cool after a sharp surge in memory chip sales tied to the artificial intelligence boom and rapid data center buildouts. At the same time, strong AI-driven demand has tightened supply, leading to shortages across multiple memory chip categories and pushing prices higher.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Wall Street Hopeful On Micron’s Growth</h2>On Tuesday, Goldman Sachs raised the firm's price target on Micron to $360 from $235 and maintained a ‘Neutral’ rating, according to The Fly. On the other hand, Stifel on Monday upped the stock's price target to $550 from $360. Even though Goldman Sachs raised the price target, it was a downside of 5% to Micron’s last closing price, while Stifel’s stock price estimate was a nearly 45% upside.Stifel said that memory pricing is hitting levels the brokerage “did not envision” as demand continues to outpace supply. The firm noted that the real goldmine is not only high-bandwidth memory, but server DDR5. Micron’s DDR5 RDIMM is manufactured to deliver superior performance and reliability for modern servers.&nbsp;The firm said that, as evidence of the widening and persistent gap between supply and demand continues, Stifel added that it believes consensus is "wrong and too low," underestimating the slope and magnitude of upward revision potential over the coming quarters.UBS, which raised the firm's price target on Micron to $475 from $450, said its industry checks point to strengthening pricing dynamics across both core DRAM and NAND flash memory, with the belief that shortages could last through 2026 and even into 2028, particularly for DRAM.The brokerage noted that Micron is trying to leverage the current market tightness into new long-term agreements that would help in some near-term pricing growth, but would also result in more sustainable revenue and earnings over the next few years.Wall Street, on average, has a ‘Strong Buy’ rating on MU, according to Koyfin, with 37 of 42 analysts rating the stock ‘Buy’ or higher, three rating it ‘Hold’, and two ‘Sell.’ The average price target on the stock is $399.61, implying a 5% upside to the last closing price. Micron’s forward price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio is currently at 9.3x, compared with Western Digital’s 22.2x and Broadcom’s 30.4x — making it a more attractive option for investors.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Micron Accelerating Shipments</h2>The company on Tuesday announced that it has begun shipping customer samples of the industry’s highest-capacity LPDRAM module: 256GB SOCAMM2. Micron Stock Sinks Amid Iran Tensions — But Wall Street Sees Up To 45% Upside As Memory Prices Soar

Even though geopolitical jitters are rattling MU, analysts say tightening DRAM and NAND supply could power the next leg higher.

(AAPL) on Tuesday launched its latest lineup of MacBooks, including the 13- and 15-inch MacBook Air powered by the M5 chip, alongside the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro with M5 Pro and M5 Max.&nbsp;The tech giant has also increased the prices.
