$IWM $SPY $QQQ -- 5 min charts. Trend-down day but now the volume is really picking up at Friday's lows, just above the 200sma (for QQQ). Looking for capitulation here...not seeing it yet but we might be close.

$IWM $SPY $QQQ Small caps are attractive now for several reasons. 1. Economic expansion of growth companies far outweighs small bumps in interest rates. 2. Valuations for many small caps are still low relative to qqq stocks. 3. Small caps are acquisition targets by large caps sitting on tons of cash. 4. Small caps make most of their earnings domestically and are more immune to international head winds. 5. And the reason I'm deep in small caps: Many emerging technologies in health, computing, defense, optics etc are on the cusp of commercialization, so get in now. E.g. quantum and preteomics.

The small index is positive for the third consecutive session and has rebounded roughly 5% from its mid-October slump. The Russell 200 has returned 15% year-to-date. $IWM Nice to see a pulse here again. Been adding more the entire 2 month downtrend. Very promising for new 52 week highs and beyond by EOY. Looks like the trend has finally reversed.
