Now imagine buying the same amount of Microsoft back then? 1mil plus is what the value would be with dividends re invested

The Nasdaq is sitting near record highs, and $CRUS just posted its lowest close since August 2025. It finished Friday at 106.87 on heavier-than-normal volume, down about 41% from its May high and stuck under a falling 50-day and 200-day. I want to see it get back above the 50-day near 118 before I'd even think about it.

$CRUS Cirrus Logic bought INVENTVM Semiconductor, a fabless shop in Pavia, Italy that designs mixed-signal power management and audio chips (announced Tuesday). Terms were not disclosed, and Cirrus said the deal will not materially affect revenue. This is not a revenue event. It is a talent and IP play: the acquisition adds engineering capacity and talent depth as Cirrus expands into new applications. The two teams have worked together for years, which lowers the integration risk. The context is CEO John Forsyth's claim that the product pipeline is the strongest the company has ever had. The tape's verdict was a shrug: CRUS closed Wednesday down about 5 percent at 112.68. Tracking whether the Pavia team's power designs show up in a new product line.

$CRUS on the 200MA weekly. $151 intrinsic value. $CRUS makes specialized chips for audio, power, cameras, haptics and other features inside smartphones, PCs, wearables and emerging devices. The major bull run comes if new products gain major customer adoption, AI enabled PCs and smartphones drive stronger demand, and CRUS successfully expands beyond its traditional audio business. Record FY26 revenue and growing diversification show the pieces are already moving in the right direction.
