The Industrial business segment develops and manufactures Semiconductor and flat panel display lithography equipment, digital radiography systems, ophthalmic equipment, vacuum thin-film deposition equipment, organic light-emitting diode panel manufacturing equipment, micro motors, computers, handy terminals and document scanners.
