Geode Capital Management holds shares valued at about $6.4 million, while State Street owns a stake worth $6 million.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">SLS Q1 Preview</h2>Wall Street expects another loss-making quarter as Sellas continues investing heavily in clinical development and pipeline expansion. According to Koyfin estimates, analysts expect a loss per share (EPS) of $0.06 for the quarter, compared with a loss of $0.05 in the prior quarter. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) is projected to widen to $9 million from about $8.3 million previously.&nbsp;According to Koyfin data, Sellas carries a 12-month average analyst price target of $10, implying an upside of 103% from current levels. Among the two analysts covering the stock, one rates it “Strong Buy” while the other maintains a “Buy” rating.Shareholders are also weighing Sellas’ proposal to add 20 million shares to its&nbsp;stock-based compensation plan, as the company’s remaining share reserve for future awards fell to 7,991 shares by mid-April.&nbsp;An approval would activate a previously approved grant of 1.1 million restricted stock units to Stergiou. As of April 15, the company reported 2.64 million stock options and 2.26 million restricted stock units outstanding, with total equity overhang representing 2.6% of total float.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">AML Trial Catalyst Remains Key Focus</h2>Investors are focused on Sellas’ Phase 3 Regal study evaluating Galinpepimut-S, or GPS, as a maintenance therapy for AML patients whose disease returned but later went back into remission. The event-driven study is approaching the 80 overall-survival-event threshold required to trigger topline analysis. Sellas previously disclosed that 72 survival events had been recorded as of Dec. 26. The print was also well below the $5.57 million consensus estimate, according to Fiscal.ai data.The company attributed the steep difference to decreased revenue from the RoPower technology licensing agreement, which contributed to higher revenues in 2025, as well as to the work associated with Fluor FEED phase II engineering services. “As projects progress forward, we expect to realize revenues and operating cash flow from the sale of products and services,” Hopkins said.The company reported a net loss of $0.14 per share, largely in line with Wall Street expectations. Amazon said customers who have been prescribed the oral Ozempic pill can now access real-time medication availability, transparent pricing, and same-day prescription delivery through Amazon Pharmacy, regardless of Prime membership status.&nbsp;The company also plans to introduce licensed pharmacist-supported kiosk pickup at select One Medical clinics, allowing patients to receive their medications within minutes of their appointments instead of waiting in pharmacy lines.Amazon said that the oral GLP-1 treatment will initially be available via same-day delivery in nearly 3,000 cities and towns, then expand to 4,500 locations by the end of the year. Pricing for insured patients starts as low as $25 monthly, while cash-pay customers can access the treatment starting at $149 per month after manufacturer-sponsored discounts.The rollout comes after Amazon recently launched its GLP-1 management platform through One Medical, which integrates primary care, pharmacy access, virtual consultations, and metabolic monitoring into a single platform for patients with obesity and diabetes.The move adds fresh pressure on telehealth firms like Hims, which has shifted toward branded GLP-1 therapies after the FDA tightened regulations on compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide products. The company on Thursday launched Labs AI, an AI-based health assistant embedded into the Hims &amp; Hers platform that helps customers better understand lab tests, biomarker trends and health risks.According to the company, Labs AI analyzes up to 130 biomarkers alongside medical history, lifestyle information, and longitudinal health trends to generate personalized health insights. The platform uses curated medical protocols and clinician-designed safeguards rather than relying on information from the open internet. The quarter will also see the company generate adjusted EBITDA,&nbsp;a trend that it said will continue in the&nbsp;subsequent quarters.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">OPEN Improves Housing Inventory</h2>The&nbsp;<a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://investor.opendoor.com/node/11731/pdf">earnings statement</a> featured lengthy commentary about how&nbsp;housing acquisitions, both the pace and margins, have improved in recent months, and&nbsp;set the business up for better financial performance.“The October cohort was just the start. TTD Stock Sinks Overnight On Weak Outlook, But CEO Feels ‘Best Days Are Ahead’

However, shares are on track to post their best week in three weeks.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Capricor Sues NS Pharma Over Deramiocel</h2>Capricor filed a lawsuit against Nippon Shinyaku and its U.S. unit NS Pharma, accusing the companies of failing to prepare for the commercial rollout of Deramiocel and refusing to resolve pricing flaws within the companies’ commercialization and distribution agreement.Deramiocel is a cell therapy derived from donor heart cells and can reduce inflammation caused by muscle damage in DMD patients. Capricor alleged that the dispute now threatens patient access to the therapy despite Deramiocel remaining under FDA review with a Priority Review PDUFA target action date of Aug. 22.According to the lawsuit, Capricor believes its current commercialization agreement with NS Pharma could make Deramiocel commercially unviable once Medicare reimbursement rules take effect. The company alleged that hospitals, treatment centers, and distributors could lose money administering the therapy to insured patients under the existing pricing structure, potentially limiting patient access even if the drug wins FDA approval.Capricor said it repeatedly tried to renegotiate the pricing terms but claimed NS Pharma “refused to compromise.” The lawsuit also alleges that NS Pharma later proposed a new structure that would have given the distributor greater control over pricing and reimbursement decisions. Capricor argued that the agreement had become “commercially impossible” to operate under its current terms.<h2 class="st-heading-2">CAPR Alleges Launch Delays</h2>The lawsuit also alleges that NS Pharma slowed or stopped launch preparations for Deramiocel after the FDA issued a Complete Response Letter (CRL) last year. Capricor claims that the company entered a “pencils down” mode that disrupted launch activities, including pricing strategy, market-access planning and distribution ahead of a potential approval.Capricor further alleged that NS Pharma failed to build the operational systems needed for a commercial rollout while the therapy remained under FDA review. The company is asking the court to&nbsp;allow it to pursue an alternative path to commercialize Deramiocel if approved, and to declare that NS Pharma breached parts of the agreement.“I have spent nearly two decades building Capricor with one goal in mind: making Deramiocel available to treat these boys,” Linda Marban, CEO of Capricor, said in a statement. “I know what every additional month of delay costs them, because I know what is happening inside their muscles when they cannot be treated. There is no version of this case in which I am willing to watch NS Pharma’s inaction take that away from them.”&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">CAPR Investors Watch FDA Closely</h2>The legal dispute comes as investors closely monitor the FDA review of Deramiocel and broader leadership changes within the agency’s biologics division. The FDA resumed review of Deramiocel earlier this year, following the July CRL. Capricor’s resubmission to the FDA included updated Phase 3 Hope-3 trial data showing that the therapy slowed the worsening of arm and upper-body function, as well as the progression of heart disease, compared with placebo.CAPR stock drew heightened retail chatter recently after reports that&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/capr-stock-ex-capricor-exec-fda-role-ahead-of-dmd-decision/cZJpyVMRIHI">Houman Hemmati</a>, a former Capricor executive, is among the candidates being interviewed by FDA Commissioner Marty Makary to lead the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, or CBER.CBER oversees approvals for vaccines and advanced cell and gene therapies, including rare-disease treatments such as Deramiocel.
