Without an official rebuttal from either the government or the companies involved, stocks like $MP, $USAR, and $TMC will likely continue declining, and there&#39;s little we can do to prevent it in the short term.  
What makes this particularly frustrating is the strategic context: the U.S. has made critical mineral independence a national priority amid growing geopolitical tensions and supply chain vulnerabilities. Domestic rare earth production is essential for defense systems and renewable energy, yet policymakers remain silent when these companies face headwinds.
